Telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans
telangiectasia macularis eruptiva perstans (TMEP) is a form of cutaneous mastocytosis in which telangiecatasia is the predominant Clinical feature. It usually presents in adult life with red telangiectatic macules, especially on the trunk. Urtication on rubbing is generally not seen. TMEP tends to be very persistent and unresponsive to treatment.
